Cancellation Policy
1. A deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment.
2. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a deposit refund.
3. If you reschedule your appointment, the initial deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. This is a one-time courtesy; the deposit cannot be applied to multiple reschedulings.
4. In the event of a “no call, no show,” the deposit will NOT be refunded and cannot be applied to any future appointments.
